The tools are built with client-side JavaScript. Your inputs are processed in memory and, for drafts, in local storage on your own device. There is no server-side copy of your resume, salary or notes — which also means nobody can leak it.
How the tools fit together
A typical application uses three or four of them, in this order.

Tool questions
Do the tools work on a phone?
Yes. The forms and previews are responsive, and you can print or save to PDF from your phone's browser. For long editing sessions a laptop is more comfortable.
Do I need internet access?
You need it once to load the page. After that the calculations, previews and exports are handled locally, so a dropped connection will not lose your work.
Where are my drafts stored?
In your browser's local storage, on this device. Clearing site data removes them. Nothing is synced to an account because there are no accounts.
